At YUMIS, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Size Exchanges
If the size you've ordered isn't the right fit, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability.
To request a size exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The requested size must be available in stock.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be initiated within 48 working hours.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund amount typically reflects in your account within 3–4 working days after processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Return Shipping
For approved returns and exchanges, YUMIS will arrange return shipping at no additional cost.
